To, da so nama prvi dan dodelili najslabšo možno sobo, ki je po mojem sploh ne bi smeli tržiti, niti za vsak slučaj.. Po najinem ukrepanju, so naslednji dan- čudežno- našli sobo, ki sva jo tudi plačala. Z njihove strani ni bilo vredno niti opravičila,kaj šele da bi vrnili del denarja. Če se ne bi pritožila, bi verjetno ostala v tisti 10 kvadratnih metrov veliki luknji brez dnevne svetlobe. Po sistemu ako prodje, prodje. To seveda meče slabo luč na vse skupaj. ŽAL.
